About Dr. Haresh Jhangiani

Dr. Jhangiani holds many privileged Institutional and Medical Center positions throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Mumbai and completed a Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the University of Southern California. In 2006, 2007, and 2009, he was originally honored by the Orange County Medical Association as a “Physician of Excellence” and has continued to receive this award over half a dozen times in the past decade. In 2012 and 2013, Dr. Jhangiani was awarded the “Circle of Care” award by Cal Optima. Dr. Jhangiani has made measurable contributions to cancer clinical research and is a principal investigator for numerous trials. He has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California, Norris Cancer Center, and the University of California Medical Center, Irvine, and is currently a Clinical Professor at the University of California, Riverside. He has specialized in Oncology/Hematology for over 25 years, with a particular focus on Bloodless Medicine. Dr. Jhangiani was the first oncologist in Orange County to perform a Bloodless Bone Marrow transplant in early 1999.
