About Harika Vemulapalli
Harika Vemulapalli, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at Schweiger Dermatology Group, where she currently practices in East Windsor, New Jersey.

My experience with Harika was terrific. I had been attended to for years by another physician in the group but was assigned to her because I had to cancel my appointment with my usual physician in the group and Harika was available the next day following my cancelled annual appointment. I was a little trepidatious about a new doctor but knew that I’d been treated exceptionally before by other group providers and confident in their consistent provision of great service so I was confident in Harika. And not only was a totally satisfied with her professional services, I fully enjoyed her engagement introduction with me, her explanations to me of everything she was seeing during my skin check and, when she observed something she felt needed further review or minor treatment, she was very assuring in her explanation and excellent in her execution of the few minor procedures she deemed professionally appropriate. Bottom line - Harika is a terrific PA both professionally and interpersonally.

I had a very good experience compared to the last time, considering it was the same clinic. The new receptionist this time was friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor was on time, and seemed genuinely interested and not in a rush. They gave me enough time to explain my concerns. Thereafter, suggested an appropriate path forward (Dr. Nieves take notes!). I'd definitely recommend them to my social circle.

It was one of the best visits I’ve ever had with any doctor. All the staff is super sweet and attentive. It almost feels like you’re talking to a friend. Harika is very sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding about various approaches to solve my dermatological issues. I would 100% recommend her.
