Using a patient-focused approach, I help my clients feel empowered as they work toward their goals. I believe in taking the time to get to know each client and their unique needs, collaborating with you to build a personalized plan of care. My treatment focuses on current evidence-based approaches, combining medication management with therapy to support your progress. Mental health is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and together we will find the best solutions that work for you. I welcome all clients! I am body positive, sex positive, kink positive, trauma aware, and provide a safe, affirming space for all LGBTQIA+ individuals. I also take a holistic approach to psychiatry. I earned my Master's in Nursing from Maryville University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive mental health care.
