I. Was seen by the PA. She was really nice and spoke well. She explained my condition better than any other doctor. Trying to make an appointment wasn’t easy at first . The original app for the practice doesn’t work for appointments . Only through searching did I come across zocdoc . I think they could use more staff. It is very difficult to get through by phone . They don’t call back when you leave a message. My last visit for a UTI I never saw the doctor only the nurse. It took a week to get my prescriptions refilled . The office is clean and convenient to my home that’s all I can say is good.

I made a telehealth appointment and put in the notes exactly what I was looking for and I wait 30 minutes for the provider to join the zoom call just to be told they want me to come to the office first before writing a prescription. I live 70 miles from the office. So it was a huge waste of time and money.

I received dozens of calls to confirm my appointment. I confirmed each call yet kept receiving calls.
One call is more than enough to confirm an appointment. The front desk needs additional training as it will scare away potential patients.
I made an appointment two days later and received a call same day to confirm a few minutes later. Makes no sense.
