We provide treatment for depression including treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, addiction, trauma, OCD, schizophrenia and many other diagnoses. We specialize in integrative and specialized psychiatry services. Besides traditional psychiatry, our providers specialize in addiction psychiatry, child & adolescent psychiatry, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy that includes ketamine assisted psychotherapy. A new client stepping into care with me should know this first and foremost: you are not alone, and you will be met with warmth, compassion, and unwavering support from the very first session. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. At Wirsa Wellness, our approach to working with clients is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to holistic healing. We understand that each individual's journey is unique, and we tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs and goals. This thorough assessment allows us to formulate a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, or integrative therapies. Therapeutic Approach: Our sessions are designed to be a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We employ supportive therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and strength-based approaches that are informed by evidence-based approaches. Our culturally sensitive methods ensure that your background and experiences are respected and integrated into your care. Integrative Therapies: Recognizing that healing encompasses more than just addressing symptoms, we offer integrative treatments for treatment-resistant mental health concerns. These innovative treatments are administered in a controlled, therapeutic setting to enhance their effectiveness. Ongoing Support: Follow-up sessions focus on monitoring your progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing continuous support. We encourage open communication and active participation in your healing process. You have access to our providers through secure messaging and your inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
