About Dr. Harriet Hagele
Dr. Harriet Hagele is board certified in family medicine and affiliated with BayCare Medical Group, serving the Clearwater and surrounding communities. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Hagele then completed a graduate degree in biomedical sciences and earned her Doctor of Medicine from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. She continued her medical education by completing a family medicine residency at the University of South Florida at Morton Plant Mease Hospitals in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Hagele is a first-generation American, born and raised in Georgia by native Austrian parents. She is the first physician in her family. Dr. Hagele’s mission is to provide patient-centered, comprehensive, and high-quality healthcare. She is dedicated to fostering a partnership with her patients and providing them the tools to live long and healthy lives. She has a special interest in chronic disease management, preventative medicine, women’s health, and integrative medicine.

I am so impressed. Establishing a new PC doctor can be scary- so many times I’ve been rushed or felt like I wasn’t a priority. Dr. Harriet was fantastic, kind, a great listener and overall just a pleasure. I felt like she really cared and I’m thrilled to have found a good primary care doc in the area. This was mine and my husband’s very first visit with Doctor Hagele, and it was excellent. She already reviewed all our health information in the system and was thoroughly prepared when meeting with us. She went over everything, answered all of our questions and concerns, and developed a plan for us going forward. Her staff was also great. We were very pleased.

Wow don’t know where to start. Dr. Hagele was very attentive and very responsive with ideas and alternatives to my situation. She listened to everything I had to say and offered many solutions. Not only was she very professional, her staff is absolutely on their game. Dr. Hagele was amazing! I am not fond of Dr.'s offices and the entire staff made it a very nice and calm experience.
I was concerned about my inability to lose weight and I am so appreciative of Dr. Hagele listening to my concerns. My previous PCP just told me to eat cleaner and work out more when I was already tracking my macros and working out daily.
Dr. Hagele actually listened to my medical history, helped me analyze what could be going on, and worked with me to find solutions. I am happy to say, I am actually not nervous about my follow-up with her in two months and am very hopeful that I am able to find a solution with her and her team.
