**Patient with medication management will need to be seen in-person** Dr. Hassan Chahadeh is a board-certified Anesthesiologist with added qualifications in pain management by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Dr. Chahadeh graduated from the University of Damascus-Facility of Medicine, Damascus, Syria in 1985. He did research in microsurgery and completed an internship in General Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He then studied Anesthesiology with a 6-month fellowship in Cardiovascular anesthesia at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Chahadeh finished his fellowship training in interventional pain and palliative care at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Chahadeh has been practicing pain management since 1996 and currently has office locations in Memorial City, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Dallas, and Beaumont. He is also an active member of UGHS Surgicare, The Woodlands. Dr. Chahadeh is committed to serving each patient individually by managing custom treatment plans that lead to a restored quality of life.

The offie had my appointment set up as in office and I scheduled it via video. I called to get the link and the receptionist said that it would just be a phone call and he would be ready in 10 minutes. It was over an hour before I was able to talk to him. He was very short and wanted me to start over with treatments that I have already had done multiple times.

The call wasn't a video call, it was a phone call. There wasnt any communication about this until I called the office to let them know I didn't get a link or anything. They said they would call when my appointment was, but didn't. Had to call them. Then the medication they prescribed was denied by the pharmacy because it wasn't an in patient appointment. They should already know this and communicate accordingly . Over all a waste of time and resources.

The doctor never even showed up for my appointment. I called his office 10 minutes into my virtual appointment just to be told that the doctor was “too busy with paperwork and I would need to wait for him to reach out to me.” After 20 minutes into what should have been a 30 minute appointment I called his office again only to be told he was still busy and I would need to wait for him. I told the office this was unacceptable and to just cancel my appointment as obviously appointment times meant nothing to them. Both women I spoke to at the office were extremely rude and condescending, neither apologized for the missed appointment, instead I was told that he was “just too busy” I wasted my lunch break trying to get help from a doctor who clearly doesn’t care about his patients. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or this office to anyone unless you want to be treated poorly and have your time wasted.
