I'm passionate about understanding what drives people: why we feel what we feel and why we do what we do. My goal is to help motivated adults gain clarity, stabilize, and build lives that truly feel like their own. In our first session together, here's what you can expect Your first visit is a one-hour comprehensive evaluation covering your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. We'll discuss whether medication is appropriate and build a plan tailored to you. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I take a whole-person approach incorporating labs, lifestyle, and honest conversation alongside medication. I work best with motivated patients who want real change, and I'm committed to using medication intentionally and thoughtfully, not indefinitely. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I work best with motivated adults who want to take an active role in their mental health, open to examining lifestyle and behaviors alongside medication, not just relying on a prescription alone. I have a particular passion for college students, young professionals, and adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s navigating life transitions: career shifts, academic pressure, relationships, and competing responsibilities. Many of my patients are managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, or OCD and are finally ready to take action. They want to stabilize, gain clarity, and build a life that feels like theirs with medication as a support, not a substitute for change.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
