I understand that navigating mental health concerns can be overwhelming. Whether you're experiencing persistent anxiety that interferes with daily life, battling feelings of hopelessness associated with depression, struggling with intrusive thoughts and rituals due to OCD, experiencing distractibility related to ADHD, or finding it difficult to get restorative sleep, I am here to help. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect for your unique experiences and goals. With a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a Master's in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University, I am equipped to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. My goal is to empower you to live a fulfilling life by effectively managing your mental health. Together, we work towards reducing symptoms, improving coping strategies, and enhancing your overall quality of life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I offer diagnostic evaluation & medication management for adult patients ages 18-64. Currently specializing in treatment of anxiety, depression/mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia and more. My goal each session is to create a welcoming, trusting, and collaborative environment. I value your experience and opinions, as the goal is to improve your overall mental wellbeing.

I accept most insurance plans and private pay. Unfortunately, I'm unable to accept medicaid and medicare plans at this time.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the initial session, I will spend 45-60 minutes with you building trust and rapport. We will delve deeply into your mental health history/onset of symptoms, current issues at hand, and your personal goals. We will then collaborate to create a plan that you are comfortable with.
Follow up visits are typically scheduled for 30 min sessions. Although, the length may slightly vary depending on complexity of your mental health history, current symptoms, and your objectives each session. Frequency of follow up visits will be dependent on many factors, and you will be involved in the decision-making process regarding how often you would like to meet.

This was a JOKE of an appointment nothing was done for me and was told that she was not going to do anything to i talk to my primary dr and get multiple EXPENSIVE test done. What does she think of I'm made of money!!!!
