He was incredibly thorough in the exam explained all the imaging results clearly and performed a precise septorhinoplasty that corrected the fracture restored proper alignment and fixed my breathing issues completely. “DR EUBANKS IS A TRUE LIFESAVER AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY ENOUGH TO ANYONE FACING ENT ISSUES!
Where do I start with Dr Eubanks he is hands down the best ENT specialist I have ever seen. I came to him after dealing with a badly perforated eardrum from a serious ear infection that would not heal on its own causing constant pain drainage hearing loss and dizziness that affected my daily work and balance. He took the time to run detailed tests explained the tympanoplasty procedure step by step and performed the surgery with such precision that my recovery was remarkably smooth with almost no pain and full hearing restored within a few weeks. Every visit felt personal and reassuring his staff was kind and efficient and he followed up personally to make sure everything was progressing perfectly. Thanks to him I can now enjoy life without that constant discomfort and I feel like a new person.

Dr Eubanks changed my life when I saw him for severely damaged tonsils from years of recurring infections that left them swollen and useless. He recommended a tonsillectomy after careful evaluation and performed it perfectly with minimal discomfort afterward. My recovery was quick the infections stopped completely and I finally have energy again.

Dr Eubanks is an outstanding ENT doctor. I went to him for chronic sinus problems. He listened carefully and explained everything clearly. His treatment worked very well. I feel much better now. I broke my nose in an accident. Dr Eubanks evaluated me the same day. He took clear X-rays and explained the injury. His care was gentle and expert. The procedure went smoothly. My nose looks and works great now. I breathe much better. He is the best ENT doctor. Five stars. I recommend him highly.

I cannot believe how much I suffered before seeing Dr Eubanks. I went to THREE other ENT doctors. They either took my insurance and did almost nothing (so frustrating) or completely missed what was wrong with me. Oh my goodness the pain and pressure in my head was nonstop. I felt so hopeless and alone with it all.
Dr Eubanks is my LIFESAVER. Thank you Dr Eubanks and all the wonderful nurses who were so kind. You all gave me my life back. I am so grateful. FIVE STARS all the way. If you are struggling please go see him. He is the one who actually helps.

The first comment..."you know the doctor isn't here until 5:00 PM". Then why in the world would you schedule me and book an appointment for 3:00 in the afternoon? And that was rescheduled from 9:00AM. If you book an appointment, you expect to see the doctor...not be told he doesn't even get there until 5:00 PM. The office was loud and staff yelling to each other to clean exam rooms. I was seen by a PA which was fine but the overall experience was lacking for sure.

I booked an apt with the ENT and it was confirmed but then the ENT wasn't there? The staff was very nice and did what they could but it honestly seems like a ZocDocs problem not the place. I don't know why it would allow me to make an appointment AND confirm it when the doctor wasn't there.
