The first comment..."you know the doctor isn't here until 5:00 PM". Then why in the world would you schedule me and book an appointment for 3:00 in the afternoon? And that was rescheduled from 9:00AM. If you book an appointment, you expect to see the doctor...not be told he doesn't even get there until 5:00 PM. The office was loud and staff yelling to each other to clean exam rooms. I was seen by a PA which was fine but the overall experience was lacking for sure.

Doctor was not in office, i was seen by a nurse and spoke to the doctor on the phone with the nurses there.
Schedule issues were really bad.
Worse doctors visit in my life.

I booked an apt with the ENT and it was confirmed but then the ENT wasn't there? The staff was very nice and did what they could but it honestly seems like a ZocDocs problem not the place. I don't know why it would allow me to make an appointment AND confirm it when the doctor wasn't there.
