I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, burnout, chronic stress, and mood changes that don’t always have a clear explanation. Many come to me after feeling only partially helped in traditional care.
I take a more in-depth approach, looking at patterns across mental and physical health to better understand what’s driving symptoms. Treatment is personalized and may include medication, lifestyle support, and further evaluation when appropriate.
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect a slower, more intentional pace. I focus on understanding how your symptoms show up over time and what’s realistically sustainable for you. Sessions are collaborative, with an emphasis on clarity, practical tools, and progress that feels manageable.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start with a detailed intake to understand your history, current symptoms, and any contributing factors. From there, we create a personalized plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, and targeted lab review when appropriate. Follow-ups are used to monitor progress, make adjustments, and refine your care over time.
