I believe in educating clients about their mental health conditions and collaborating to develop a personalized plan of care. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, or other concerns, I can support you in creating a path toward wellness.
I have been a nurse for 24 years, working in diverse settings including long-term care, intensive care, cardiology, retail health, and community mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and am a board-certified licensed mental health nurse practitioner as well as a family nurse practitioner. I believe the mind and body work together to create a balance of wellness, and I am committed to helping you achieve that balance.

After meeting you can expect to feel heard, understood, and acknowledged. You will leave feeling hopeful that you can feel better and that sometimes medications are needed or may be helpful.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
