Heather Figi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care. She specializes in diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and psychotic disorders across the lifespan.
Heather earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oregon Health & Science University. She brings a diverse background in inpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and outpatient medication management, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed, whole-person care. She takes a collaborative and individualized approach, working closely with patients to develop care plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
A lifelong learner, Heather stays engaged with the latest advancements in psychiatric care to provide evidence-based, high-quality treatment. She is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP).

Thank you for booking with us and Welcome to Oasis Mental Health Services ! We are excited to assist you on your mental health journey. After Scheduling through Zocdoc, you'll receive a secure email from "Therapynotes" with link to create login for your patient portal. Please access the portal and complete the requested documents. You will also be joining your consultation through this portal, so please make sure to set up your access before your appointment to complete your intake forms. Our team will also reach out by email and Phone to support and assist you with any issue. Once your Paperwork is completed, your appointment will be fully confirmed and your time reserved. The doctor who was listed was not the provider I saw. However, the customer service I received from the representative was extremely unprofessional. The manner in which he spoke to me was rude and dismissive. Rather than assisting me or attempting to understand my situation, he told me what I “had better” do on two separate occasions. His approach demonstrated a lack of proper etiquette and fundamental customer service skills. I will not be continuing my service with this provider or this company as a whole due to this.

I made an appointment on zoc doc and got a confirmation that my appointment was at 12 the next day. I logged in and did the intake forms and someone else with a different name had access to my portal and I could see their appointments and was being charged for them. I called the front office and they said that I actually had an appointment in 15 minutes at 10am because the doctor had a meeting from 12 to 4? After making a review online they began calling me multiple times to ask me to take down the review?? I would not waste your time because this office seems very disorganized and sketchy.
