Heather is incredibly kind and informative. Seeing a new healthcare provider can feel awkward, but she immediately made me feel comfortable by listening to all of my concerns without judgment.
What stood out most is that she didn’t rush to prescribe additional medications. Instead, we carefully reviewed the medications I’m currently taking, discussed why they were originally prescribed, and talked about whether appropriate testing had been done to determine if I truly need them. That thoughtful approach means a lot to me.
I switched primary care providers because I was tired of feeling like every symptom resulted in another prescription, often to counteract the side effects of the last one. Heather takes a different approach. She genuinely wants to understand the root cause of issues rather than simply adding more pills. I am very happy so far!
