“I’m having trouble connecting. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an appointment from my end cannot c it correct any connective issues. I’m looking for an office number as Heather is a wonderful Dr & is a great listener. I just really hope I can connect w her today as expected.
Idk what I could’ve done differently but I very much so needed my appointment. Now it’s well over an hour past & I can’t get ahold of anyone. I highly doubt this is on the providers part but there must be a problem in ur system.”

Dr. Heather Kidder has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare field. She has been a registered nurse for 20 years, practicing ambulatory care, home healthcare, and as a labor and delivery nurse. She has 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree at Frontier Nursing University the first university in the Nation to offer the nurse practitioner degree and she received her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Michigan Flint.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, kayaking, and exploring nature with her pups and her husband.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I really enjoy doing talk therapy with you while taking care of your medication management. I would find it very helpful to see you on a regular basis to ensure that your mental health is getting the worldclass treatment that you deserve.
