I have been helping people overcome emotional distress and mental health challenges since 2000. Since 2014, I have specialized in treating chronic pain and chronic illness, most of whom also struggle with related anxiety, depression, functional difficulties, or relationship challenges. Because poor sleep can play a role in pain and illness being challenging to manage or resolve, I also provide treatment for sleep disorders.
I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, East Bay.
