About Heather Mason

Hi, I’m Heather, a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and intuitive eating. I'm passionate about helping people find joy in eating and developing a peaceful relationship with their body. I work from a Health At Every Size* paradigm and understand that true health is much more than a number on the scale. I do not specialize in weight loss or body composition changes. I do not believe in dieting. I am also a certified diabetes care and education specialist and can work with you to improve your blood sugar levels and achieve your health goals. I have experience working with type 1, type 2 and co-occurring diabetes and eating disorders. I have a master’s degree in nutrition and have been working as a dietitian for over 12 years. I am confident that I can help you achieve your health and well-being goals, whether that is healing from an eating disorder, managing blood sugar, digestive concerns, or preventing chronic disease. I enjoy working with adults, teens and families. When I'm not counseling clients, I enjoy playing competitive dodgeball with my partner, cooking, nature, and walking my fur babies.
