I think Dr. Robbins is a competent therapist. I chose her because she takes Medicare and is convenient. My only reservation in booking was a zocdoc review that said she cancelled a lot of appointments. I should have listened to my gut. After 2 sessions my third was cancelled with only 4 hours notice. I am seeking a new therapist that will respect my time.

We saw Dr. Robbins to address communication and parenting issues, we had been to two other couples counselors in our 12 year marriage but didn't feel like we got any concrete guidance. Dr. Robbins helped us put together a very clear action plan. We reached out goals, and are doing better than ever.
Heather was very professional, but also warm. Her sense of humor really brightened my day, even though I'd been feeling down. I left our first session feeling more hopeful than I had in months!
Dr. Robbins changed my life. I walked in one person and found out another. I had several anxiety disorder and she gave me so many tools & helped me understand what it was coming from. I can't say enough about this dear doctor. GO SEE HER!!
