My focus is to help individuals navigate mental health challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, schizoaffective disorder, stress, trauma, addiction, serious mental illness, and other behavioral health concerns. I value building genuine therapeutic relationships and creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and informed by an understanding of how the brain and behavior are connected. I incorporate EMDR and other evidence-based strategies to help clients process difficult experiences, develop effective coping skills, and overcome challenges. My goal is to meet each person where they are, recognize their strengths, and support their growth toward greater stability and well-being.
