My goal is to provide compassionate care that helps clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), eating disorders, mood disorders, and PTSD. My background includes community mental health, eating disorder treatment, and group therapy for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. My own lived experience with mental health challenges informs the empathy I bring to my work. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, CPT, IFS, and somatic therapy to meet each client’s needs. My style is direct, collaborative, and transparent. I prioritize trust, offer validation, and gently challenge clients when it supports growth. My goal is to create a safe space for healing, resilience, and lasting change.
