Dr. Hector Flores obtained his medical degree from University of California-Davis and completed his internship and residency at Kaiser-Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is chairman of the Family Practice Department at White Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Flores shares his passion with new providers in the importance of working with underserved communities as co-director of the hospital’s Family Practice Residency Programs.
