What should a new client know about working with you?

With a background in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy and specialized training in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and the Gottman Method, I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore their unique stories. I have experience helping juveniles displaying problem sexual behaviors, guiding families through difficult conversations, and assisting couples in rebuilding trust and intimacy. Using an approach rooted in Narrative, Contextual Family, and Multigenerational Family Therapy, I help clients untangle past experiences, improve communication, and develop more fulfilling relationships. As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy at Capella University.
