Dr. Jaffe earned her bachelor's degree from Emory University, completed her medical degree at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and returned to Emory University to complete her residency in General Psychiatry.

Dr. Helaina Jaffe is an excellent listener and very observant. She is also very knowledgeable for medication management which was the primary reason for the visit although she made sure to go into my medical and psychiatric history thoroughly. She caught issues that other medical professionals that I have seen did not. I definitely recommend Dr Jaffe,

Dr. Jaffe is intelligent, friendly, and a great listener. She explains the pros and cons clearly and obviously cares that a patient is comfortable with a treatment plan, not just that it's the right plan from a medical standpoint.

Dr. Jaffe was easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Had a computer glitch with the video getting to work on my end but she found a work around. I will definitely be back for a follow-up visit.
