“I would recommend this doctor because she remains on the cautious side of things, but my experience with the office was terrible. My appointment was at 9am (I arrived 10 minutes early) and I wasn't seen until 10:40. The nurse Hailee was incredibly sweet and checked up on me, but I waited almost two hours to get 10 minutes of the doctor's time. By the time I finished my labs (which was about 5 minutes) I spent three hours at the doctor's office for birth control. The wait time was ridiculous. This was my first time at this office, but they've cancelled an appointment about 12 hours before I was supposed to be seen. ”

Great professionalism! Just not too happy about finding out I was 12 weeks pregnant 3 weeks AFTER visiting doctors office for a physical where a urine analysts was taken due to stomach pains yet referred to a gastroenterologist when whole time I was just.... pregnant. Which should’ve been detected in the urine analysts????

Although Dr. Liui is very nice, things felt very rushed. When you wait over 2 hours for the doctor, the last thing you want to feel is rushed. I felt more of having a $ sign on my forehead rather than being concerned I have a satisfying patient experience. The office is large and obviously needs help streamlining their process if a patient has to wait over 2 hours.
