“You have to check this place out! I have been a patient here for about 6 months and have been receiving the acupuncture services with Dr. Para . She is the best! Most recently they added facial guasha and acupuncture and it has made the biggest difference. I have noticed skin tightening, diminishment of dark circles and overall glow. I have been getting a ton of compliments from family and friends asking if I was doing something different. I highly recommend trying this service. ”

Helena completed her undergraduate education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She went on to earn both her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago. Dr. Para has been practicing in Chicago since 2016, specializing in the treatment of infertility and women's health. Another great visit with Dr. Para! I've been seeing her for over a year now and miss her dearly when I am out of town. She remembers week over week what we work on and always takes the time to catch up with me personally as well.

Dr. Para has successfully treated me for several conditions, but most notably was when I injured my right knee. I could barely walk and she did a treatment with needles, and not only was the pain significantly decreased, but I was able to walk without any issues. The next day i felt fantastic and felt like I could run for miles! She's an amazing practitioner, very knowledgeable and a wonderful human being. I highly recommend her!

I have worked with Dr Para for a few years and have nothing but positive things to say. She is caring, empathetic and knows the perfect treatment for whatever I have going on. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncturist either near or far (would definitely be worth the drive)!

Dr. Para has helped me with many different issues and always provides a gentle, yet effective treatment despite my sensitivity to needles. She has helped me with my sinus issues, anxiety, digestion and general muscle tension/pain I get from playing sports.

Excellent. Dr. Para is the best. I have been seeing her for a few different issues & each time She has been able to fix the issue & Provid me with relief. Even my doctors have been surprised on how quickly I have responded to the Accupucture. Dr. Pare Really knows her stuff.

Dr. Para is the best! She is extremely intelligent, compassionate, and skillful. She supported me, via Acupuncture, as I trained for a marathon, and recovered from Shingles. My recovery time was exponentially faster compared to previous training periods. I highly recommend Dr. Para!
