I am a seasoned psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a wide range of experience acquired in many organizations, including both public and private sectors. I have worked in psychiatric emergency rooms, caring for patients from all walks of life with a variety of mental health conditions such as substance use, significant depression, schizophrenia, ADHD, and more. I have also practiced group therapy in public settings, empowering patients through their personal engagement, peer encouragement, and ultimately supporting their recovery with little to no remission. Additionally, I have provided one-on-one care in private practices.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain University. I am confident in my ability to work with every patient, utilizing my skills and knowledge to provide a path to recovery. I feel comfortable treating patients with psychiatric mental health disorders including ADHD, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and others. We also provide individualized follow-ups to support ongoing care.
I understand the courage it takes for people with psychiatric mental health disorders to seek care. The stigma surrounding this population often makes it difficult to disclose their diagnosis to family or friends. At Foundational Healthcare Solutions, we are committed to doing everything necessary to help our patients recover and regain their confidence in life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
As a psychiatry practice, we prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. New clients can expect a thoughtful and thorough evaluation process, during which we take time to understand your concerns, history, and goals. We take a collaborative approach to treatment planning, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle recommendations, or coordination with other providers. Our goal is to help you achieve meaningful, sustainable improvements in your mental health through evidence-based care and consistent support.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our process begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation to understand your mental health history, current concerns, and personal goals. This first appointment typically lasts longer than follow-up visits and helps us determine whether medication, therapy, or a combination of treatments would be most appropriate. From there, we work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, adjusting medications if needed, and addressing any new issues that arise. We emphasize open communication, continuity of care, and coordination with therapists or other healthcare providers when appropriate. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based support that evolves with your needs over time.

I have been seeing Henriette Ghapsi for over a year now. I am not one to change doctors unless they are not the right fit for me. Ms. Ghapsi always listens to my concerns and works with me in trying different treatment options. She is always available when there is an issue with the pharmacy or with insurance paperwork. I look forward to updating her on how my health is doing and how her treatment is helping me. It has been hit or miss with some of the doctors on Zocdoc, but I'm glad I found her when I did.

Nice lady, just not for me. Felt like she was just going through her list of required questions, not actually wanting to get to know me or my needs. Quite judgmental, didn’t feel like I could be honest about all my health history. Didn’t get information on next steps, how/when to get my prescription, etc. Prescription ended up not being covered by insurance as well, nothing to do with her but just beware.

Provider/"foundation health care" does not communicate well. Also attempted to overbill me, prescribed medication without testing, and then said I wasn't within compliance for only visiting 3 times within a year and a half and not more and that is considered a red flag.

I thought Henriette was informed, but my next appointment I booked with a separate provider indicated that that wasn't true. She told me she "prefers to prescribe" a certain drug with another one, just for me to find out yesterday that they have interactions! It took her office 2 weeks to get back to me when just asking a basic question because she prescribed me 3 sedating meds at once, and some of them were even prescribed for the daytime and I didn't want to be so tired. My new provider had to create a whole different treatment plan with me because of the interactions I mentioned previously!!

I was able to see Henriette immediately and she’s so knowledgeable. I had my first appointment with her today. I've had my share of various telehealth providers using ZocDoc's network, however Nurse Ghapsi is one of my all time favorites . Although, the majority of the providers listen during the allotted time period of the appointment, she is the first provider I've had that routinely checks in afterwards via messaging, unprompted. In addition, there have been a couple instances were she's extended my appt time to ensure she fully understood my situation at the expense of her free time with no extra charges, another first for me. Very grateful to have found her in my quest for care. 5/5.

I was stunned by how terrible this provider was. When I told her that I had a panic attack with intense suicidal attacks last week, she said that was “not a problem.” When I told her that I had a traumatic housing experience during college she said that is “the price you pay” for going to college far from my parents. She berated me about my income and rent and told me that I do not save enough money (I save over $1000 each month). I have literally never posted a negative review of anything before but I think that this practitioner is dangerous to people with suicidal thoughts. It was so horrible that left the appointment early. Do NOT go to this practitioner.
