Horrendous practice!!! I was waiting for two hours, with all kinds of weird patients. There was one patient who was screaming and creating a ruckus in the waiting room, complaining about the doctor. I did not feel safe or comfortable in that environment. There were people talking loudly on their cell phones. It was managed extremely poorly and I will not be seeing this doctor again.

Dr Ferstenberg is amazing ! Truly cannot thank him enough for his talent and kindness. Unfortunately his staff made it quite clear that only 1 out of 3 of them are properly trained. They are all very friendly and kind, but did not know what they were doing.

He was very welcoming, polite and intelligent. Felt comfortable asking whatever questions needed. After waiting 2 hours (for a consult) and threatening to walk out I was finally able to be seen for five minutes... Going to give his office one more chance.

Busy office but I've found Dr. Ferstenberg to be extremely knowledgeable and willing to patiently talk through any and all concerns. I've gotten answers from him I couldn't get from other doctors.
