I am Henry N Coffield, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 20 years of experience dedicated to supporting those suffering from mental illness. I began my career as a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC) and later became a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Seeking to expand my ability to provide comprehensive care, I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and became a PMHNP. This training allows me to address mental health holistically through medication management, psychotherapy, and education about mental wellness.
I am passionate about helping my patients achieve their mental health and wellness goals and live fulfilling lives. I encourage my patients to recognize their potential to heal, improve, and grow, and I am committed to offering the support and guidance they need to reach and exceed that potential.
Understanding the importance of accessible care, I provide online PMHNP services so patients can meet with me comfortably from home, avoiding travel, traffic, and childcare challenges that might otherwise interfere with treatment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
