“You could cut down on the number of "reminders" sent out prior to the appointment. I received FOUR reminder calls in less than a week and each call made me confirm TWICE on each call. I did it only out of fear that if I didn't, my appointment would be cancelled. Something must have happened schedule-wise today because Henry didn't see me until 60 minutes after my appointment time. Understandable if there was an urgent matter with a patient, but they should have told me that was the issue. The office also thought I was a "new patient" although this was my 4th visit...that created some delay as well. Not a great experience at 8 in the morning.”
