We are living in very challenging times. Many managing their anxiety and/or depression on their own have begun seeking help for the first time. Whether that's you or you've been in counseling before; I'm ready; willing and able to help.I specialize in working with teens struggling with school; family or social issues; and parents whose children are struggling; as well as a full range of other difficulties. My training has provided me with a toolbox full of strategies to help and understanding.
