I provide individualized psychiatric medication management while incorporating aspects of physical wellbeing, lifestyle choices, emotional health and spirituality. My goal is to promote health and wellness in a compassionate, empathetic setting. Evaluating factors from genetics, personality, relationships, and lifestyle enables a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to meet your specific needs. I am a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner with dual certifications in psychiatry and family practice/primary care. I believe these certifications combined give me the ability to assess and treat my patients more comprehensively. Your psychiatric consultation will include a holistic assessment, diagnosis, supplement recommendations, and medication management as appropriate. I provide an integrative approach combined with aspects of traditional psychiatry. Typical first appointments may include an order for bloodwork to assess for nutritional deficiencies and medical conditions. I am currently accepting new patients and am treating patients ages 12 and older. I understand that mental health is sensitive area for many. I strive to make my patients feel comfortable and safe.
