She treats patients with diagnoses of Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Severe and Enduring Anorexia Nervosa (SE-AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder (OSFED), and Unspecified Feeding and Eating Disorder (UFED). Hilary utilizes sensitivity, compassion, and principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) in nutrition sessions to help her clients reach their goals. Hilary is experienced in working with both young and older adults as well as adolescents, and is trained in Family Based Therapy (FBT) for Eating Disorders. When appropriate, Hilary brings extensive knowledge of mental health care into her practice. Hilary has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults to address nutritional concerns that often accompany diagnoses of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Neurodivergence. Additionally, she works with adolescent and young adult athletes with matters of nutrition. Hilary obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Redlands, where she received a well-rounded liberal arts education in addition to following a pre-med track.
