Holly was great! I did an annual skin cancer screening (first time) and she was thorough. I also took the opportunity to ask her about some bumps I had on my face and was advised to put retinol and sent one to the pharmacy. Plus, was given a bunch of sunscreen samples to try!
The nurse was also nice and friendly!
The wait time was super quick!

I can’t in good conscience recommend this provider or South Slope Dermatology. I paid a copay for a consult for a simple procedure that I was told the office could provide, only for Holly D. to tell me I was in the wrong place and send me on my way. We were in the same room for maybe ~5 minutes and all she did was confirm the info I’d already given them at the time I scheduled the appointment. I left disappointed but would have been fine with it, but 3 weeks later they hit me with another larger bill! Billing was SO unhelpful - they didn’t even bother apologizing - so I’m now in the process of fighting it through my insurance. I don’t think Holly is bad at her job, she seems competent, so perhaps this is just a one off instance of poor service/miscommunication rather than a reflection of sketchy business practice, but it very much feels like they intentionally misled me to get me through the door only to apply additional charges. Either way beware!

Went quick and easy, she kinda spoke fast like she was in a rush and then made a joke about how my condition was curable and looked at for two seconds. But i got what i needed so not too much to complain about, just felt a tad rushed.

I waited in the room for about half an hour because a representative of one of the products that the office used came, after I had already arrived. The receptionist stated to the rep that the Dr. DiMura had 2 patients ahead and that they'd have to wait until she was done. I went into the waiting room but didn't see her until around 30-40 minutes after even though the first patient was already done. She didn't introduce herself or call me by the right name. The saving grace was the assistant who was very polite and apologized about it.

This is my first visit and boy was I impressed! The check in process is quick, I was seen right away, Holly took her time to examine my skin and she listens to my problems. Definitely will be back for the follow up.

This is my first month follow up to the dermatology specialist for my skin problems and everything went so smoothly! Receptionist is not the friendliest one but still very professional. Wait time was basically none, I was seen right away. Holly is a great provider! She's friendly, thorough, she listens to my problems and actually give me a chance to ask questions. I'll be back for the second month follow up.

Once I paid the visit and was attended by Holly DiMura, I was sent to a CVS that was very far from my house. Once I went there, the address that they gave me wasn’t even a CVS. I was forced to go back and tell them about it, they apologized and gave my the right address. I went to the CVS and I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the prescription because it was very expensive. I went back and told them to send me a cheaper medicine, mind you, this is all happening as my face had an allergic reaction, they told me to go back home and that they would take care of the situation. Five days later I have not received any type of email or call to indicate me that my prescription was ready for me to pick up. As my face was still having an allergic reaction, I went back to “The Dermatologist Specialists” and I confronted them about it. As I told them to give my money back since the job wasn’t finished, the receptionists responded with indifference without even looking me in the face and said that it was not their problem.
This a very bad experience.

Holly DiMura PA is awesome. I came in with persistent, itchy acne and we talked through treatment protocols and options - pros and cons. She gave me a hand full of samples to use (since they arent covered by my insurance but are new and apparently highly effective) - definitely would recommend her. No nonsense, kind and caring.
