“Holly was incredibly comprehensive in my initial appointment with her. She was a great listener and asked excellent questions to verify certain details. I am really happy to have her as my practitioner moving forward...thanks again, Holly! P.S. I could only choose two things in the review form that stand out for her, but would add Intelligent and Solution Oriented to the mix as well!”

What should a new client know about working with you?

Your first appointment will be 60 minutes or less and will be an opportunity to share your history, current symptoms of concerns, and goals of treatment. Follow-up appointments will initially be more frequent and typically shorter in length to ensure that mental stabilization is achieved as quickly as possible. You will receive assessments before your appt to review current symptoms of concern and have a more focused discussion during your appointment. The goals of treatment will continue to be discussed and modified dependent upon your progression.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
