Holly is a dedicated, board-certified family nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing individualized care that meets each patient’s unique needs. Her journey in healthcare began as a CNA in an assisted living facility, where she learned the importance of treating every person with dignity and respect.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan State University, Holly gained extensive experience as a registered nurse in medical-surgical units, caring for a wide variety of patients. Her passion for learning and patient care led her to pursue her Master’s Degree at Purdue University Global, where she became double board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Such a great experience. I havent been to a primary care doc in years, they stopped listening to me & started blaming everything on my weight. Holly was amazing, she listened to every word even if i repeated myself or started to ramble. She respected my opinion and my knowledge of my own body. I have been dealing with a lot since my car accident and I didn’t have a PCP so the follow-ups from ER and urgent care were non existent. I needed a new PCP and I’m so glad I found this one. She listened and immediately ordered the imaging I knew I needed and referred me to a specialist I know I need. She has helped me so quickly in the one visit…more than I have received elsewhere in over a month. It took me over 4 weeks to get imaging for one issue I have and with her, I’m getting what I need and I only have to wait about a week!! She doesn’t talk over you nor think you are being too much. I was able to tell her all my pain from the accident and she genuinely cares. I thought I was being a wimp or imaging some of my pain but she instantly saw swelling and bruising still. So glad it’s not just something only I am seeing and feeling like I should be over it by now. I highly recommend her.

Holly Actually Listens — and It Shows
I've been to enough doctors to know the difference. Holly conducted my routine checkup and intake with something rare: actual attention. She looked me in the eye, asked questions, and—here's the kicker—she listened to the answers instead of typing them into a computer while I'm talking.
You'd think that would be the baseline. It's not. Most physicians I've seen are so glued to their screens that you wonder if they're even hearing you. Holly was different. The eye contact, the follow-up questions, the sense that she was genuinely engaged—it made all the difference. I left knowing I'd been heard, not just processed.

I was seen with no waiting. My provider took the time and listened to all my concerns. She also sees my daughter. My daughter has a more difficult problem, and Holly has been very thorough getting to the bottom of the issue!
