Dr. Hon-Ming Eng was exceptional in his knowledge, calm in his approach, and reassuring in his delivery of information, albeit difficult to hear. I felt relaxed and optimistic in dialogue. The office manager was incredibly kind and therapeutic. The people working in this office are both professional and empathetic. Probably the most humane doctor’s office I have ever been to.
Dr. Eng was very professional and friendly, listening to my symptoms and walking me through what to expect in the exam, and follow up after. Felt more knowledgeable and ok after seeing him. Would highly recommend.
My experience with the doctor was fine, but his office was a mess and seemed like there was no organization among his staff. I'm not returning.

The office staff was nice and I was seen right away, but I found the doctor's approach off-putting. He didn't ask questions or listen as I tried to explain my symptoms, and instead just talked over me. He asked if I was planning to get pregnant anytime soon. I said no, and yet he still spent most of our time together talking about the impact different medication options would have on a fetus. On top of all of that, he didn't even offer me any treatment options. Planning to see someone else.
He explained things well to me
Pretty pleased with the visit. The staff was nice and had a sense of humor. Dr. Eng was conversational but also to the point.
I have been trying to follow up with him for the past week and his receptionists keep saying that they are giving him messages, but I have not heard back. Very disappointing.
He was professional, took his time to explain things to me and answer my questions. His staff was great as well. I had an issue with my referral and they did their best to accommodate me. Would recommend!

Dr. Eng is so intelligent and that makes a great doctor. More importantly he treats you like you do have a working knowledge of your illness. Would definitely recommend.
I had been in intense pain for a few days and Dr. Eng did everything to help me- including letting me come back same day for an endoscopy!! I did not imagine I could get a fix so quickly and am so appreciative that Dr.Eng did everything he could to accommodate my busy schedule.

Doctor could have spent more time examining. He quickly identified the main problem in 15 seconds but could have spent some more time identifying side issues.

Everything is well organized in Dr. Eng's clinic. Chrissy and Shelly from the reception area are welcoming, making me feel less nervous about my condition; the nurse, Stephanie, who drew my blood, has a light touch and is very professional; Asia is very informative on what medication I should not have taken before the allergy test, and that saves me from having an automatic negative result, because I had just taken atarax before i went to the clinic, which is good even if i had to reschedule, and Dr. Eng,? Well, he is a first-class doctor who really listens to me. He gave me all his attention as he listens to my medical history, my concerns, and my suggestion without rushing me, making me feel that we have a joint collaboration on addressing my problems.; i could sense a lot of empathy from him. The clinic, too, is clean. On a grade range of 1-5 stars, I give him 5++++++++
While the doctor was okay, he really need to hire a team of better supporting staff and nurses!
I told Dr. Eng that I have terrible reactions to wheat, he said that it was a popular complaint. He treated me for the symptoms and referred me to an internist (that was out of network). I am just now finding out from a different gastro that I am celiac a couple of years later.
Absolutely loved this doctor! He was super friendly and informational. Made me feel very at ease and aware of what I needed to learn and do. Lovely and friendly office staff as well. Thank you, Doctor!
Dr. Eng is a great listener and evidently very knowledgeable. I appreciate his explanations and readiness to answer my questions as well as the plan he put into place in order to get some definitive answers about my digestive issues.
Billing dept not good about having multiple insurances
Just a consultational visit, but fine in all respects. Made me less anxious about the procedure to come.

Very personable
Waited 30 minutes before being taken to the exam room (no paper work to fill out, just waited), waited another 15 minutes to see doctor. Aside from the long wait time, everything went smoothly. I needed a few tests and appreciated how the doctor was able to make sure I get them all done this week. The staff in general, was not overly-friendly but everyone got the job done with what I needed.
This is the second time I see Dr. Eng. He is very thorough and polite. Very happy with him.

after the initial 2 hour wait - I was well received by Dr. Hon-Ming. He was great bedside manner. The staff was a bit all over the place though - when taking my blood, we changed rooms a few times, also the nurse put the vials on my lap because she didn't have a side table with her. I felt a little bit disoriented.
Dr. Eng was professional, a good listener, and clearly explained what he was talking about. He had a thoughtful approach to my symptoms.

Useless, left me in severe pain referring a colleague that was on vacation
My appointment was scheduled for 8am, but when i arrived the office was closed and i could not reach any of the staff. I was forwarded to an answering service and was told that the office did not open until 8:30am! Why are these appointment times listed if they are NOT actually available?! When i was in the room with the doctor he didn't give me much information regarding my condition, besides a pamphlet to read when i left the office. I feel like i did not get any answers or help in how to treat myself but he was quick to schedule me to come in for a procedure. I felt rushed and left with NO information regarding my condition.
