“Everyone was nice and professional; the lady at the front desk, the nurse and the NP. The office was clean, the wait time was short and everyone made me feel very comfortable. “I had a good experience with Dr. Chen. As a new patient visiting for an annual physical/blood work, I appreciated Dr. Chen's thoroughness - she walked me through the exact things they would test for in the blood work and explained when I'd have results. I was pleasantly surprised when results appeared in my patient portal even sooner than expected. Dr. Chen was friendly, non-judgmental, and easy to talk to. The nurses were thorough, communicative, and efficient as well.”

Hong loves being an internal medicine provider because she is able to treat and see a variety of conditions, which keeps her very interested in the field of medicine. Was looking forward to starting my weightloss plan with her. Last appointment she completely disregarded several factors. She rushed me out of the office and failed to show compassion when I told her the weightloss pill she gave me caused me to have severe mood changes she did not advocate for my care or address my concerns. I felt rushed out of the office because she didn’t want to be there. I did like her, but last appointment was uncalled for because she also rolled her eyes at me after I told her I had to find a compatible pharmacy. Just very disappointed I thought should would be more understanding. I won’t be going back again. The whole feeling of the meeting was like she couldn’t be bothered.
