About Dr. Hooman Khorasani
Dr. Khorasani is one of the most experienced skin cancer and cosmetic surgeons in the world. He is quadruple board-certified in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, facial cosmetic surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery. He has personally trained many of today’s top surgeons while serving as the longest-tenured Chief of Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital, the director of its Mohs and Cosmetic Surgery fellowship programs, and co-founder of the Tisch Skin Cancer Institute.
Having performed more than 16,000 skin cancer surgeries and 15,000 aesthetic procedures for patients of all ages, genders and skin types, Dr. Khorasani is one of the foremost experts in Mohs micrographic surgery and post-Mohs reconstructive surgery. Accordingly, he is one of the few surgeons capable of strategically planning your Mohs surgery and repair simultaneously. He is also amongst the most published professionals on the subject, having contributed to some of the most meaningful clinical trials in skin cancer and cosmetic surgery over the last decade.
Beyond his medical credentials and years of experience, Dr. Khorasani is well known for his compassion and personal connection and crafting an individualized treatment plan for each one of his patients. In partnership with his wife Cindy, Dr. Khorasani treats patients in his private practice in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, caring for people from around the world that seek personalized treatment and access to their surgeon.

It was amazing! I got chin filler and V-Beam treatments for facial redness. I was so happy with the instant results of my chin filler, and the V-Beam treatments really made a difference with my facial redness! Dr. Khorasani was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel super comfortable.
