Growing up in a family of nurses and medical professionals, I was shaped early by their commitment to caring for others. That foundation continues to guide how I practice today. I am a board-certified physician assistant with more than 18 years of experience in family medicine and urgent care. Originally from Pennsylvania, I relocated to Charlotte in 2008 to begin my practice and ever since I have focused on providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages. One of the things I find most rewarding about family medicine is the variety it offers. Treating a wide range of conditions, caring for patients across all stages of life and performing various in-office procedures keeps every day different and meaningful. Staying current with evolving medical research and applying evidence-based approaches to care is something I take seriously, both for my patients' benefit and my own growth as a clinician. I strongly believe in the idea that "patients don't care how much you know until they know how much you care," and that mindset guides every patient interaction. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring new restaurants, supporting our local sports teams and staying active through running, basketball, volleyball and riding my e-bike around Uptown Charlotte.
