We’re new to the area so I should’ve allowed more time to figure out parking etc but overall easy, they have valet parking for the facility and a need by structure. Great efficient friendly and easy!

I’ll start by saying that the doctor was the nicest, most patient doctor I’ve ever met with. He struck up a conversation with me and it felt like he truly cared about me as a person. He never rushed and he even referred me out to a specialist to follow up on a condition that no other primary doctor has bothered to offer to do. Five stars all around for the doctor.
As for the office, my only complaint is that if you’re a new patient your first appointment is not about the issue you’re having no matter what you put as your reason for booking in Zocdoc. If you’re a new patient your first appointment is a new patient appointment where you meet the doctor and they gather medical history. You need to book another appointment after your first one to be seen for the specific issue you’re having which is inconvenient. They didn’t communicate this to me prior. They also don’t have an in house lab, so you need to book another appt at a lab that takes your insurance. Parking is also not free.
