“While the wait was less than ideal we waited because we prefer being at Hudson Physicians. They’ve always been great there. This visit was even better than we expected after the 2 hour wait. They were so kind to our child and still took time with her and listened. Didn’t feel rushed despite being so busy.
They were aware of her past because they took time to look over her notes and such. I truly appreciated that.
They made sure she was comfortable and that means a lot. It’s hard when child isn’t feeling well and then you have a long wait with toddler that is rough. So by time we got in there she was over it. But they were patient and wonderful with her.”

Probably not. You want to charge hundreds of dollars for a visit, but you don’t even have a scope to look down someone’s throat

The only complaint I had was urgent care was not very busy, a few people were ahead of me. I don’t understand the idea of booking an appointment though if I still have to wait 45 min in the lobby. One person in 45 min had gone back to their room. One. And when I finally had gotten seen, and came out into the lobby an hour later, the same people were waiting to be seen. Peak sick season, it didn’t seem like they were staffed well.

We were grateful this urgent care was open on Christmas. There was a steady flow of patients, but it didn’t feel chaotic.
Our experience would have been rated higher with clearer communication around test results. We were seen around 4:45 p.m., told the rapid tests were running, and sent home by 5:44 p.m. without results. When we called later that evening, we learned one test was positive for Influenza A.
Had we known before leaving, we could have started antiviral treatment about 14 hours sooner. While that may not sound significant, the flu is miserable, especially for a kid who has already sick for 2 days. Earlier treatment could have helped reduce symptoms and severity.
We were disappointed we couldn’t use the clinic’s prescription vending machine on a holiday when pharmacies were closed. We had to call the next morning to request a prescription.
We appreciated the clinic being open, but clearer communication and faster follow-through would have made a big difference.
