“Urgent care Didn't do much to help me with my condition. they told me to go to the ER at Huntington Hospital and Huntington did not accept the test results from the urgent carw. They did the smart tests all over again. Although the staff at urgent care were nice. It was a waste of time.”

Great walk in clinic and glad I made an appt online since they were booked. Happy with Dr. Saurez. Would go back again if needed.
I had an appointment, and the office staff made me wait longer than a walk in person, who was a new patient to the practice. I was sick and waited extra long to to check in incompetence
The nurse was extremely thorough in her explanation as to what I’m experiencing. Provided an education of how my symptoms can show up in other parts of my ent. Very attentive and warm.

The staff was professional and polite and the office seemed to be run efficiently. The intake person was terrific. Where it went wrong was with the PA. Nice enough guy but when my Covid test came back positive, he wanted me out the door. I was not given a proper examination or any examination for that matter. He did not even listen to my breathing which certainly could have been an issue with Covid.
