A strong mind and good mood are the foundation of all health. Whether it’s overwhelming anxiety, depression, insomnia, inattention, or trauma stemming from what life throws at you, I’m here to help you recover, recuperate, and reenergize to live the life you want. I am a military veteran and board certified Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for healing and achieving wellness.
After working in medical/surgical, labor and delivery, pediatrics, and trauma nursing, I chose to specialize in mental health because of its impact on the whole body. Medication management, lifestyle modification, and evidenced-based talk therapy are some of the tools I use to treat the whole person.
Your biochemical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs will be assessed to create a comprehensive treatment plan to achieve desired results. Together we will tackle the issues that hinder your ability to maximize joy. Life is too short to suffer unnecessarily.
