Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental and emotional well-being. With a clinical background in psychiatry, neurology-oncology, and primary care, I bring a holistic perspective on how physical health, serious medical conditions, and life experiences influence mental health.
I provide comprehensive mental health care for adults and adolescents, combining psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive psychotherapy. My specialty includes treating mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and other common and complex mental health concerns. With a background in neurology-oncology and primary care, I bring a holistic understanding.
I know how hard it can be to take the first step toward caring for your mental health. You don’t have to have all the answers right now—we can take it one step at a time, together. My goal is to offer a gentle, supportive space where you can feel safe to share, heal, and grow at your own pace.
