Hi there, I'm Ibrahim! I can be reached at blissfulmindspsych.com I have over 4 years of experience as a mental health practitioner, working in outpatient clinics and inpatient psychiatric units. My primary focus has been on providing medication management and talk therapy to individuals with severe mental health issues, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, etc, starting age of 12 years to late adulthood. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment to help each client achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Please be advised that this online telehealth service does not initiate or prescribe controlled medications, such as benzodiazepines or stimulants, due to DEA regulations.

Each client can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment that focuses on understanding their unique experiences and mental health needs. My approach emphasizes collaborative goal setting, evidence-based interventions, and practical strategies to manage symptoms and enhance overall well-being.     He is extremely positive every appointment and is always happy to hear how I’m doing!
    Scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic evaluation, only to be told they could not perform it and would need to refer me elsewhere. Scheduled the appointment for 1:45 and it was changed to 2pm. Working through headway is a headache.
