He offers comprehensive psychological assessment, medication management, psychotherapy, and treatment for insomnia, OCD, panic disorder, eating disorders, paranoid personality disorder, ADHD (without stimulants), trauma, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I approach care with compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to your well-being. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe in working collaboratively — meaning we'll make decisions together based on your goals, values, and unique experiences. Stability, healing, and growth take time, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
I also take a holistic view of mental health, which means we may explore not only medications, but also lifestyle, therapy, and coping strategies that support long-term stability and wellness
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we explore your history, symptoms, and goals for care. This allows me to develop a clear understanding of your needs and determine the most appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
From there, we collaborate on a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle recommendations, or supportive strategies. I believe in shared decision-making, so you’ll always have a voice in your care.
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and ensuring you're feeling supported. I also provide education along the way, so you can feel empowered in managing your mental health. My ultimate goal is to help you move toward greater stability, clarity, and emotional well-being
