About iCare Urgent Care - Frisco
iCare Urgent Care in Frisco, TX, offers you and your family access to quality medical care when you cannot be seen by your primary care provider. Our urgent care is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., providing short wait times. We have designed our facility to be calmer, less hectic, and more family-friendly, with a clean and comfortable environment featuring private treatment rooms, onsite laboratory, and x-ray services for medical testing in as little as 15 minutes.
IMPORTANT: iCare ER & Urgent Care is a hybrid facility offering both ER and Urgent Care services all in one location. Our urgent care accepts a variety of insurance plans and is in-network with many commercial plans.
In the event a patient requires emergency services and is upgraded to our ER, please note that while we do accept insurance, our ER is out of network with all insurance plans.

No I would not go back . Front office reception was great friendly, explained everything that would take place. When I got called to the back , nurse was not engaging in conversation, very dry bed manners, next nurse no better. Good luck.
