Finding parking in the neighborhood was a pain. Dr. Tetro is very professional, attentive and humane. She has a friendly demeanor and makes one feel very comfortable. She will be my new PCP!

Don't go there if you don't want to waste your time. My appointment was at 12:00 pm on a Wednesday, and at 12:45 pm I was still waiting for the Dr. to see me. At that moment (12:45 pm) an agresive man came into the office to use the bathroom as if it was a public restroom, and he started to scream aggresively when the staff asked him to leave. Horrible scene to witness! So I left, but when I saw the man leaving, I went back to the dr's office. At this point it was already 1 pm, but when I went back, I still had to wait for the doctor!!!! Unbelievable! I decided to leave (I shouldn't have gone back in first place!!!) A totaly waste of my time!!!!

Dr. Tetro, Ganna the nurse, and the front desk staff were wonderful. They had a busy day yesterday, and I could tell it was a handful, but Dr. Tetro was attentive, thorough, and responsive, along with her nurse. This was my first visit, after choosing her as my PCP, and I’m really happy with my choice. She has some wonderful reviews, and I got to experience it myself.
Office is a little dingy, which put me off at first but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They truly seemed to know their patients. Dr. Tetro was very sweet, detailed, and addressed all of my concerns in the best manner.
I love Dr. Tetro because she always listens closely and is extremely caring and kind. However - today I had an appointment at 9am and the doctor did not arrive at the office until 9:45am. That is unacceptable. I hope that this does not continue or happen again; I made an early appointment specifically to avoid missing too much work.

She was nice and knowledgeable, however after a 1+ hour wait (I arrived ten minutes ahead of time, did not count that ten minutes as part of the wait time), I felt like I was hustled as quickly as possible in and out. Also I had to pay cash for the visit, and was told If that if Im the end the charge is more than the amount I pay, once I receive the bill I have to call up the billing office to have it adjusted based on the cash I already paid. Way , way too inconvenient. What a hassle.
My appointment was in the morning on a weekday so the office was not busy. This was my first time at Dr. Tetro’s office so it took a while to verify my insurance. I did provide my insurance information through Zoc Doc but that did not make a difference with the wait time, which was disappointing. When they finally verified my coverage, I then had to pay my co-pay. That co-pay was covered by my employer via a debit card (the Difference Card - issued by United Health). Since the office does not accept credit or debit cards, I had to pay the co-pay out of my own pocket then request a reimbursement. Since I didn’t bring cash, I had to go out and get cash from the nearest ATM to pay for the visit. By the time I got back an hour had past since I initially showed up for the appointment. When I paid and asked for a receipt detailing the reason for the appointment I was given a hand written note which was not enough for my employer to reimburse me for the co-pay that I was supposed to charge to the Difference Card. I ended up never getting reimbursed for that co-pay due to insufficient documentation. I will not be going back because I paid for insurance that would cover my visit and still had to pay for the visit due to the way payments are handled by Dr. Tetro’s office.

My Appointment was at 10 am as per ZocDoc for Annual Physical. Reached the office exactly at 10 am. Lucky to get the last chair in the 5 chair waiting room. In 5 mins I was told to fill out the Patient form, informed them i already filled it in Zocdoc, they said i needed to fill it still. At 10.30 the medical assistant took my blood, checked my blood pressure and asked the all the same questions about medical history i filled in ZocDoc, also gave my urine sample. Then Dr Tetro, called me in at 11.30 am. She realized that i had been waiting for a long long time and then called up the receptionist and told her not to make this kind of delay again - ( my guess, she entertained senior citizens who were walk-ins). Dr Tetro apologized to me at least three times for the extreme delay. She then checked my vitals, lymphnodes and breathing. She was very professional. Would really recommend this doctor to others.
