Exactly the service I needed. My “regular in person” doctor couldn’t see me until June; I have daily medication that required a refill. So that left me in a spot where for 3 months, I’d have a serious issue. Zocdoc to the rescue! Provider was provided within days. Easily understood my medical condition and helped me 100%. Took my NYS marketplace insurance . It honestly couldn’t be easier! I think everyone, regardless if you have a PCP, should have Zocdoc as a resource. I absolutely recommend!

I booked this appointment because I needed a specific provider, but was "switched" to a different one within 10 minutes. Leading up to the appointment, the office blasted me with non-stop messages and texts, making it seem like they were highly responsive.
The reality was the opposite. During the session, I was promised that my prescriptions would be ready the same day and that I would receive links for ADHD testing immediately. None of this was true.
The provider they assigned me was late to the appointment and not properly enrolled with Medicaid (OPRA), so the pharmacy could not fill the script. I have spent the last 48 hours calling the office over 50 times and sending multiple emails, but I am only met with an automated LLM/AI bot. They were "efficient" when they wanted my information, but are completely unreachable now that there is a medical error to fix. Do not book here if you need actual follow-through or have Medicaid insurance.

Her reply of "awesome" to many of my health details was teenage. She also referred to me as "some guy" when she spoke with the M.D. in charge, we all heard it. I instantly objected to the term and told her that was "the Patient." Not 'some guy.'

The office instantly contacted me and told me that I needed to
Cancel my appointment because I booked what 2 psychiatrists. I wanted to interview and apparently they were both from their firm. They kept contacting me and told me that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 9 PM I was completely busy and had meetings that night, and then when I meet her, she tells me that I have to pay all this money and get blood tests. All this kind of stuff to control. My a d h d when I had a cognitive assessment and the firm never even followed up to make another appointment.All they are is paying a lot of money for top advertisement.I do not recommend this company
