What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize a patient-centered and holistic approach to care. During our initial session, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. I also integrate talk therapy so we can work as a team to identify your specific goals as it regards your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
